By completing your enrollment in the Corporate Visibility Accelerator™, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with enrollment. For questions, contact [email protected] before purchasing.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Participant") and Nannapat Sage, operating as CoachNanna and Potentia ("Company"), governing your enrollment in and participation in the Corporate Visibility Accelerator™ ("Program").
By completing payment and enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
The Corporate Visibility Accelerator™ is a 7-week live, cohort-based leadership program delivered virtually. The Program includes:
The Company reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the Program schedule, format, or content while maintaining the overall value and integrity of the Program.
Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or the first installment of the payment plan. Access to Program materials and the community will be granted following enrollment confirmation.
The Corporate Visibility Accelerator™ is offered at two investment levels:
For payment plan participants, all installments are due as scheduled regardless of your attendance or engagement in the Program. Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension of access to Program materials and the community until the balance is paid in full.
Due to the live, cohort-based nature of the Corporate Visibility Accelerator™, all payments are non-refundable once the Program has started. This policy applies regardless of attendance, participation level, or any other reason once the cohort has begun.
By enrolling, you understand and agree that:
Personal Circumstances: If you are experiencing personal circumstances that prevent you from participating in the cohort you enrolled in, please reach out to [email protected] before the Program starts. The following options may be available to you prior to the Program start date:
Once the Program has started, neither transfers nor deferrals will be available and the no-refund policy applies in full. All transfer or deferral requests are subject to approval by the Company and must be submitted in writing prior to the Program start date.
All live cohort sessions are recorded and made available to enrolled Participants. If you are unable to attend a live session, you may access the recording within a reasonable timeframe after each session. Recordings are provided as a courtesy and do not alter the no-refund policy.
VIP private coaching sessions that are missed without prior notice may be forfeited at the discretion of the Company. Participants are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours notice if they need to reschedule a private session. Rescheduling of private sessions is subject to availability and must be completed within the Program period.
All Participants are expected to engage with the Program and community in a respectful, professional manner consistent with the values of the Program. The Company reserves the right to remove any Participant from the Program, without refund, if their conduct is deemed disruptive, harmful, or inconsistent with the community standards.
All Program content, including but not limited to the 3Cs of Corporate Visibility™ framework, session materials, recordings, tools, and resources, are the intellectual property of Nannapat Sage and CoachNanna. Participants are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for their own professional development.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share, or use Program materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the Company.
The Corporate Visibility Accelerator™ is designed to provide leadership development strategies and visibility frameworks. While the Program has supported leaders in achieving promotions, expanded influence, and career advancement, individual results will vary based on your specific circumstances, organization, effort, and application of the material.
The Company makes no guarantee of specific career outcomes, promotions, salary increases, or any other professional results as a direct result of your participation in the Program.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Program, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of opportunity, or any other career-related outcomes.
The Company's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Program shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for enrollment.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Michigan.
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to enrolled Participants via email. Continued participation in the Program following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
